THE POWER OF 5

We have recently invested in a new Hurco VMX 42 SRTi 5 Axis vertical machining centre. The top of the range swivel head / rotary machine is designed for high mix manufacturing and increases our 5 axis machining capacity to five machines. Alongside our CNC and Manual Turning, CNC Wire Eroding, CNC Spark Eroding machines, the new investment provides additional full 3D CNC Milling capabilities to improve operational efficiency and decrease lead times.

PRECISELY MACHINED COMPONENTS

Quality testing is carried out in our dedicated temperature controlled inspection room ensuring components are at the optimum temperature prior to precision measurement. The room is equipped with state-or-the-art Mitutoyo and QCT CCM’s, Renishaw machine tool probes, and a range of gauges. We also carryout in-house calibration and hardness testing.
